maybe, people do sometimes have problems running a 3.4 with mods (right Zack ;) ) Scan to make sure but it SHOULDN'T be a problem.

I feel with any modding you should get some sort of tuning whether it be an AFC, ICCU, or custom DHP.

Go for it...you should be fine w/what you have. You should get a LS1M scanner (cheapest/smallest available) to see how your car runs in the hot weather w/the smller pulley but having the 3" DP is the most important mod to have when 1st starting.

How much does a 180 them cost and where could i get it? Never seen it been done, so is it hard to install?
