Sometimes these cars are stolen, stripped, then the purp buys the car back at a Police auction. Scrubs the title, puts all the parts back on, and resells it to the general public. It was a big scam in California a couple of years back until they cracked down on it. Maybe it's making a comeback.

Kids insurance found the car, he got 24K for it.

just from looking at it, it looks liek he has alot more then 24k invested....well if he has more underhood mods at least
