Yea my friend was telling me the motor specs.

Does anything seem out of place in this list:

Aluminum engine block with 104.8-mm bores and pressed-in liners (lightweight)
Forged steel crankshaft with 101.6-mm stroke (strong)
6-bolt, forged steel main bearing caps (strong)
Titanium connecting rods (very strong, high reving rods)
Racing-derived CNC-ported aluminum cylinder heads with 70-cc chambers (saweet)
56mm titanium intake valves (nice)
41mm sodium-filled exhaust valves (cool)
Cast aluminum flat-top pistons (wtf?)

That new Z06 is NICE! 427 motor from the factory... The crate motor will be for sale in fall 2005 :)

Though what's even more interesting... w/the Advent of the LS2 now... for 4000 bux it's possible to build the bottom end of a 408 ... (SDPC2000.com ... dealership down south, put a deal together for under 4G for a 408)

Oh and the one w/the wing is prolly their race version... would be interesting to see if they have a C6R motor in it yet :)
