3800 plug and gap recomendations

I have autolite 104s on now gapped at .57 I believe.........that was with 3.4, headers, etc.....no kr...just at the shift pts...

So after the IC install and running a 2.9-30 pulley, what gap do you guys suggest?

Do you think im ready for 103s yet, or, just gap the 104s bigger?

With the autolite 104s? Thats waht I was thinking.

do exactly what mike(superchargedgp) said. 103's and gap them at about .048-.045. with that much boost, you want the smaller gap so you dont blow the spark out. thats why the small gap.

Mine's happy using 103's @ .047-048 (13psi). It ran like it had several cracked plugs when I had em gapped at .052.

OK, question, What happens when you blow the spark out? Lets say I have 11-13 lbs of boost. plugs are 104s gapped at .05. Thanks,
