No matter what is wrong, you will have to take the panel off and check it out. The door is held on with 2 bolts at the door handle, then a bunch of those trees... buy a pack of extra door trees for when you put it back on... i always break 2 or three taking it off.
The window motors are notorious for breaking down. There is a cable that is on the motor, maybe it snapped? otherwise, just replace the motor... the cheapest place are ebay and morad..... just replace it probably. itll be around $40 for a new one.
To take off the motor and track, you take off 3 or 4 nuts and slide it out.
