who finds the need to make a report on this? I think with the environment that they live in over there, they should have known better. Maybe they did it a few times before but this time it backfired...like those trailer trash white trash hillbillies who use red phosphorous, battery acid, sudafed, etc. to make meth, then one day BOOOOOOM.
