3800 Remote start install?

I need to get a remote start system installed for this winter. I have already bought the system, as well as the vats bypass. I am thinking of attempting the install myself, but am afraid too, as I have not done anything more complicated than a aftermarket stereo, and subwoofer/amp install. Anyone have opinions, suggestions, and maybe offers to do this for me

I have gotten a quote of $100 from an aquantance of mine. The system is remote start/keyless/alarm.
