Bumpin, don't worry about it. I got the car home and threw it up on jackstands to inspect it fully. False alarm...All that happened was a bunch of scratches to the subframe, and a dented oil and trans pan. The "crack" I saw was dust stuck to the welds on streaked oil or coolant. So far so good.

better make sure that oil pan dent isn't blocking the oil pickup. Or you can say bang to your motor

what are the other positives to the aluminum sub frame other than being more rigid and lighter than the stock cradle on gtp's before 04'?
