3800 Cars pulling timing

well just now i atap my car and if i get on it a littal or some times not at all it pulles the timing down to 2 or 3 and sometimes it went to -10 / -12 could it be a knock senser? i changed computers thought maybe that was it but no.


bumpin sorry about today i had to help my dad take his oil pan off his simi <_< talk about a big crank and main caps/bolts!

that should happen if you give it gas and then take your foot off right away
