It comes with the battery, belt clip, car and house charger. the only thing it's missing is the antenna, but if you have a motorola i90/95 you can take the antenna off that phone and use it on this one, (thats what i was doing for about 4 months) or one can be had on ebay fairly cheap. The phone has normal wear and tear, but no major physical or other kind of damage.
