3800 ZZP input shaft

This is "NOT" meant to bash ZZP but i thought this to be good consumer info. if it's true. I have not contacted Zoomer about this so it might be some one just f**k'n with him. If i have made any one mad by posting this i'm sorry, just trying to look out for other club members. If some one that knows Zoomer would like to forward this to him i would be very interested in his comments as i don't know him at all.

Its huge threads like the wheelie bars and trannys that make me glad I own a GT. I dont have to worry about that shit. Also dont have to worry about what size pulley I need, or which I/C is the best, which blower to go with. Its kinda nice. :D
We'll you've got me convinced... I'm going to go sell this turd and get an Escort!

After much frustration was expressed by me to our supplier I got them to take some responsibility for this issue. I sent them back all of our remaining stock and they did the final straightening process on them that should have been done in the first place. My ignorance to the entire process was part of the problem. I didn't know that items that have been heat treated have to be straightened. Now I do.
You can see from the pics below where heat was applied. Then have the shaft in a hydraulic unit and then apply heat as needed. Probably an oversimplified explaination of the process but it's the best I have.
Because I raised so much hell with my supplier they are now going to be hand checking every shaft after the final process and shipping them to me with individual 'birth certificates' listing how true they are. I gave them a max of .01 to be out of round and what they gave me looks very, very good.
