I cut the whole side of mine off to put in an extra heat exchanger for the IC. I used a plastic epoxy to seal it up, and it worked fine with no leaks. However, where the tubes go in/out I used o-rings on either sides of the fittings and they leaked. Rtv won't really stick to the washer bottle; tried it. I ended up epoxying the crap out of it to seal it. It takes like 24 hours for that stuff to cure too.

Are you thinking of adding water injection? When I did a WI setup, I just used a plastic T fitting after the stock washer pump. I used a solenoid on the WI line, so when I used the washer system it didn't inject fluid into the intake. Also, use a one way vacumm check valve near the T so that washer fluid remains in the WI line.

Or if you need a bigger feed, the washer pump is fitted with a grommet, so a grommet setup should work for what you are trying to do as well.
