Looking at the basic setup for the basic mods I already have and eventually a smaller pulley.

Whats everyone got to say about DHP vs Intense computers?

I have no prob with DHP.

I'm local so that is somewhat of a plus. However, i've been pulling constant 15 - 20 hour days working on new product so I don't have a lot of free time.

As far as which pcm works best, there is no "one size fits all". Some people like that one some like ours (dhp). FRom what I have seen, I'm concerned with the amount of timing they put in the pcm's. I do not think its a good thing.

Obviously I'm biased though. If you don't get any resopnses here, check out clubgp and do a search.

First and foremost I would like to say HPtuners is a great solution if you want full control over your computer... or if you just want a good, cheaper priced ready made PCM there is INTENSE's... and they know how to tune also. Which would probally be a good idea if you are planning on modding more later... they will be a great help.

DHP. It is custom and Charles answered my questions and made some suggestions on some tuning for the cam and ICCU.

Having Charles local is a BIG plus, not many other grand prix clubs have.

I think you got to catch Charles at the right time....im horrible at timing these things.


But I would go with someone who has been modding pcms for years (DHP), not months.

Your only other real option is Intense, and they have awesome customer service. Dont even look at the PFYC PCM.

Its really hard, since you have an 04. I dont know if DHPs 04 PCMS are done yet, thats why I recommended what I did earlier to you.

Wow, I gotta be honest, I was leaning toward the Intense computer, and I didn't expect this kind of response to DHP. I also have a post on Club GP, so I am gonna look that over too.
Consequently, anyone familiar with my PFYC rant will know that I won't buy shit from them.
Charles, well hey, send me a PM with any details you have on an '04 PCM and I'll go from there.
I like the opinions, but so far with the logistical information I have on Intense compared with what I have for DHP, I'm still leaning toward intense.
