3800 Recall

I just got a recall letter in the mail about having to possibly replace my rack and pinion ball joint bearing. (If I said that correctly) The letter said it was for '98, but I dont know if anyone else might have problems too. Just a FYI and checking to see if im the last one on earth to get this recall note.

got mine in the mail yeasterday.

this is an old recal their probably going thru VIN's and resending the ones that didnt get the work done.

from what I remember alot of people had more problems after they fixed it then before so i wasnt sure back then if i was going to have it done. Im still not sure.

Got mine taken care off a long time ago. I think sometime last year. No problems here.

dam so i guess i have to change both of mine.. im changin my tire rod so i guess IM gonna change the pinion and ball joints
