Eck I had work done on a bent up trailing arm (aka had it replaced) at Pepboys. Yeah I know Pepboys isn't the greatest but I've had good luck with them, and needed a few major things done. The part alone was $60, and labor was $48. That $60 is probably what they payed at the dealer since they had to get one from the dealer, so they said.

The trailing arms (tubular) are about the same as the stockers. In fact, GMPP has a kit with the trailing arms, and upgraded sways for $120ish. The tubulars are a big improvement over stock. I ordered them through Horizon Chevy in Naperville, I think it was about $40 for the Pair.
