3800 Replace AC motor, other options, mines done for

OK, I have been having a horrible screech from my passenger side engine bay. It turns out its the AC motor. It seems to be rusted up. the end of the pump is not spining.
I would like to eliminate it if possible. what are my options? How is the belt routed for GPs without AC's, are there any without AC's...
I took off my gatorback to check snout and tensioner pulley. driving without the blower is a different experience. I miss the whine.

I bought his last one. I should have it by the end of the week. I figure it is cheaper than buying a new motor, no one else has anything similar availabe... and i dont much need my ac, i havent used it this summer yet. Ill post a follow up once its all fixed to see if anything is different with the car.
