Stage II as in what? Do you have a cam or other mods that would benefit from the more aggresive tune?

Between DHP & Intense, basically not a whole lot.

If you plan on having a case learn performed, it doesn't matter. Below you'll find some links to a couple PCMs:

unless you have a cam, i highly recommend you do not get a stage 2 pcm. if you are looking for the cheapest pcm, the INTENSE pcm is what you are looking for.
