3800 New exhaust tomorrow

Takin my car over to Jim at James Dean to get my exhaust done tomorrow. He's gonna do everything except the down pipe. Dunno though, i might spring for the extra money and get that. Did anyone here take their car to him and get this all done? I'd like to know how you like it and what not.

I have his downpipe and I'm dissapointed with it. It appears to be crush bent and 2.75" inner diameter as opposed to the mandrell bending he's done on other's cars when he used to have access to a mandrell bender at Fair Muffler. Before he starts, make sure he is mandrell bending the exhaust.

I tried to find Magic Jim's information on this board, but could'nt.
Could someone just please baby me and at least tell me what city he's in for God's sake!!!
I'll ultimately probably go with a Borla setup and my own guy that I've had for years, but I'll look into Jim's work if that's what everyone on this board seems to be doing with there GTP's.

I'm actually just going to call Jim back and see if he has a mandrel bender at his new location. If he does, I'll just pay him to re-do. He didn't exactly mis-represent the product; I just assumed it would be mandrel bent as the previous ones were.

Mandrel Bent on mines but from Jims other place the old store When other shops see his work they always compements it. No complaints here... Jims the Man
