If the water only comes in when you turn the A/C on, then the rubber drain elbow is clogged. It is located in the engine compartment on the firewall across from the power steering reservoir (down a bit). If the leaking occurs after it rains or when you wash the car, then check the weather strip under the windshield wiper trim plate on the passenger side like Adam said. GM doesn't seem to use any adhesive when mounting this strip, so you might want to do that. Hope you get it worked out.

I had the exact same problem. However mine leaked everytime there was any water outside. ie: washing the car, when it was raining.....Adam is right. Pop the hood and look at the rubber liner that is lining the plastic piece at the bottom of the windshield. Or water will just drain right into where the hvac duct is and drip through the fan motor. But if it's just when you have your AC on, then you just have a clogged drain.
