DAYTON, Ohio -- Dayton police said traffic camera video of an accident that seriously injured a man will help them in their investigation.
The accident happened at the intersection of West Third Street and Edwin C. Moses on Sunday afternoon.
According to police, a PT Cruiser ran a red light and slammed into an SUV, which then struck Scott Tegtmeyer. The SUV dragged Tegtmeyer several feet across the intersection.
He remains in critical condition at a local hospital.
