3800 Hot Rod Power Tour

The Hot Rod Power Tour will be in our neck of the woods next week... they are arriving at Arlington Race way (the horse track) at and after noon Thursday June 10th then Friday June 11th the caravan is leaving in the AM on its way up to Green Bay

Anyone going? (I'll be there thursday after work and I'm taking Friday off to participate in the final leg of the tour)

Yep, I'll be down there Friday morning with a binch of the WICGP guys to make the trip. One of our guys, Fred C, will be there Thursday night and staying at the Motel 6. Hop over to the thread on the national board to see the meet-up plans as they develop.

I'm hoping to sneak outta work early tomorrow... so Hopefully I can be there by 2... but if not prolly wont be there till 5 or 6 ....


I'll be joining the caravan friday morning on 94 near gurnee mills

Spent 7 hours the past 2 nights cleaning, zainoing, and fixing the car up... new nittos are on and skinnies are back on new rear bumper plate (no longer faded) , ghetto rigged the front fascia (looks good as long as you don't look just at it ... car's looking really good (still needs to be stripped down and buffed though...)

doh... I'm heading right from work (plus the TA doesn't have that much room)

We can talk at the tour... but if you're going to be around at all saturday afternoon I can swing by you and drop them off...

horist, can i just borrow your a-tap for a few days? heh

i got my L67 injectors, and I have no idea how im gonna tune it w/o help, so i figure a couple days can get me pretty far.

I tuned it to my current injectors, but these are a tad bigger

I was soaking but it was still great. The Current "Chevelle" was a bit odd.
