3800 TOG's....WOW!

I had my TOG's installed last week and I am floored (literally and figuratively) by the results. I hardly lost any low end from what I can tell and the mid/upper range is incredible!!!. Going from 50-90 mph on the highway is absolutely insane now. The sound of the car didn't change much, which is what I wanted. What is strange is that the whine became more distinct and louder (much to my pleasure), with a low tone playing in harmony, but nothing else changed!

Turning heads on the street has never been easier by just stepping on the throttle.

I thought that would be it, but this mod bug is addicitve. Rockers are next.

I need to start attending some ilgpc track days and other events.

I need to buy some TOG's that's all I need to have a complete exhaust system. I want my car's tone to change. I want a deeper rumble to my car. I'm glad you like the TOG's I'm looking into these and will be getting them real soon.

i didn't know there were any other kind of headers besides the tog's marky, i felt the same way, i don't know if you have rockers or a cam, but just wait until you get one of those, then you'll really feel the power from 50 to 90. i'm glad you like them. tog's ruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuule!

SLP's are a piece of shit.


They rust and can only be used once. Cant move them to another vechicle..

A member on club GP got screwed by SLP they would nhot waranty his headers. HIs rusted out..severly and when he took the off to send them back the metal slleve that holds the 2 pieces together is not re-usable..

the great thing about having nearly 100% of your available torque under 2500 rpms is that when you loose some, you dont notice it. Headers are so much fun over 4000rpms. The car just pulls. Congrats on the new exhaust.

so I guess that's why they are included with 'performance' packages. b/c they are cheaper and do not have the quality to stand on their own? You've been right so far alex, I have no reason to assume you're not right now. Thanks for the heads up.

I bought them for a discounted price from a friend that didn't want them. They are ceramic coated.

Other mods are in my sig. I am wondering how deep in the 13's I should be running now.

Can't wait to get rockers in there.

hmm... my SLPs have been pretty good. I've removed and reinstalled them twice now, and no problems. I do keep them polished up, so I've had no rust problems at all. The TOGs are definitely AWESOME quality though. Glad you like 'em.
