3800 EXHAUST CUTOUTS

WOULD EXHAUST CUT OUTS HELP KNOCK RETARD AND OR DROP BOOST A LITTLE. I AM THINKING OF GETING A CUT OUT, I THOUGHT IT MIGHT HAVE AFFECTS KIND OF LIKE HEADERS BUT FOR MUCH CHEEPER.

slightly...a downpipe and ubend removal would be a lot more beneficial though

An exhaust cutout will help, but it isn't cheaper headers. Headers remove the restriction at the heads, a cut out will just open up the exhaust after the cat. If you put one at the bottom of the downpipe then you will see more improvement, but it still wont be the equivalent of headers.
