I would like a cai but i dont want to spend 200.00. can some one give me some ideas about how to and what parts to get for a doit yourself cai. I need to keep it simple so i can switch back to oem incase i need to go in for repairs.

PM ThePizzaAvenger, he made me a FWI (fenderwell intake) much better than a CAI, for about $40 total, including all the parts and the 7" K&N Filter.

i made my CAI, it cost me about 5 bucks for all the PVC and the rubber thingy to connect it to the TB. the K&N cone is what cost the most @ $32. if your ever in the area of downers grove/darien/woodridge around 75th&Lemont, id gladly show it to you and go with you to the home depot to get the materials!
