GTPictor helped me drop my car of at Skokie Valley Trans today, going to get my trans re-built. I also asked him to put in the Intense LSD and shift kit.

I have heard alot about this LSD... what types of gains would you see if you took a BONE STOCK GTP and put a intense LSD in it?

I dont think it has to do with HP SyP ..but i will let someone with a LSD tell you more....i just know it looks cool when your tires are spinning LOL

LSD has nothing to do with horsepower. all it is is hook and go.

Hey Syp all the LSD does is put the same amount of power to both wheels this way you could do a real burnout and not just a one wheel burnout. It also gives you better traction for launching.

My GTP's trans has over 142k on it.

So I needed the trans rebuilt anyways, I have some mods done to the car too (VS Comp Cam, 3.4 pulley, different intake, DHP) and I'm going to put on a full exhaust too, I thought an LSD would be worth it. Gave the guy a shift kit as to put in (while he has it apart).

Also called him today, he said that he might have it done by the end of this week, whoo hoo! :beer:

Right on the dot LP. The guy at Valley quoted me at 1800 and thats with a new half shaft (we tore the boot when we were taking the old engine out)

Also, talked with the guy today, he says that there is a good chance that he might not finish this week
