3800 Mod day OR Race Day?

Hey guys, here is my delima. I can either go to the mod day, and maybe byron the next day. Or just go to the track day at us41.

Mod day:

3 hr drive
Byron is more expensive with less runs
Meet more people
Race

US41:

2.5 hr drive
Cheaper more runs
Meet less people
Race
Chance to win prizes

So whatta you guys/girls think I should do?

i say mod day. More people, and more drinking. I think either one will be a good time, but if you are gonna go racing anyhow, you might as well come by the mod day instead. Just pitch a tent and sleep there.

I would also say the mod day. Once you are there, then make up your mind on what you want to do.

yeah byron has 104. you want your tank nearly empty before filling, then you willw ant to drive a few miles with 104 in the tank. Your pcm wont recognize the fuel right away if you dont. Too me half a dozen runs last year before the PCM picked up on the 104. Even a few gallons of 93 will drop the octane level of the 104 quite a bit.

Definatly do the Mod Day. I really, really, really wish I can go...LP and the gang excercise hospitality that Leona Helmsley couldn't top!

Sounds good guys. Hopefully Ill get to go, and meet some people. Oh and just for peoples info, im shy as hell. So If I dont talk, dont take offense
