Condition is between 'good' to 'excellent'. No broken hinges, no scratches, LCD is perfect, and no wear on the KB.

Yes, it will function perfectly with an OBD-II scanner.

Battery holds charge - typically minimum of 2+ hours. Slap on a second battery and it will last 4 hours.
