3800 I bought my first home!

My offer was accepted on Friday for this townhome over in Dyer, Indiana.

I will be moving in early August and will get the place ready for early September, when I get married!

Now you guys know why I have been so busy and not really hanging out.

What all do they do?

We have a huge shared backyard, we do have cut that on our own.

I like those kinds of townhouses casue at least the house only shares with your neighbors garage... Those are hard to find in the area we are looking at! Good luck!

Thats what we really liked, that we only share with the garage and not the actual home itself.

most likely out by steve, in romeoville... pretty decent prices...since new houses and townhouses are going up every minute it seems. We found a few we like, but have to wait til after steve's car is paid off in june. so only 2 more months til we can really look!
