Bourbonnais Illinois
15-20 full wings (usually one big package at Jewel)
4-5 cans of beer
1 Bottle of Franks Original hot sauce
Cigar
A few dashes of Tobasco Sauce ( I usually hit it with 8-10)
2-3 tablespoons of margarine
A few dashes of garlic powder (to taste)
Heat sauce on stove until margarine is melted (don't boil)
Light up your cigar and drink your beer while cooking.
Cook wings on grill until ulmost fully cooked then dip in sauce and put back on grill. Repeat dipping for hotter wings.

right from Brien himself. ive made these a ferw times already . EVERYONE loves them !
