3800 Real Estate Help

I am looking into placing a bid on a home today. The house is being sold directly by the owner. I rather not go through a real estate agent since I found this home on my own.

Do I ask the seller for a bid form or can I type the form out myself?

Anyone know a good real esate lawyer?

Unless you know what you are doing get a real estate agent. They are worth the cost. They will make sure you don't do something that could get you in trouble. It sounds like you aren;'t sure of what you are doing, so i would HIGHLY recommend you pony up the cash. I couldn't have imagined buying my place and having to deal with all of the paper work.
