about 80-85*F, depending on accuracy of a temp gun
.400 light

R/T: .416
60': 2.223
330: 6.403
1/8: 9.855
MPH: 71.47
1000: -
1/4: 15.310
MPH: 91.20

With all of the shit i've done to this car, I'm seriously thinking on selling it. Please give me a reason not to...

I ran 7 runs, best run was 15.310, worst was 15.399...there's no getting out of it, wtf?

I told Charles when I got the DHP that I had a ZZP stage 2 cam. My mods are in my sig and garage, but i'll post them here:

ZZP GT2 cam
90lb springs
DHP with shift at 6700
WP UD pulley
9" cone filter
ZZP HV insert
180 drilled stat
BFG drag radials or Z rated tires (i tried both)

What air pressure should I run my BFG's at? I tried 27 and i didnt spin at all, so i moved to 28, and barely spun them (brake torquing to 3000rpm). My first and best run (didnt remove anything in my car, didnt fill rear tires to max pressure, didnt remove front headlight) was with the pressure at 31psi, but I spun a lot, so I know lower was the way to go. 28.5 was ideal for barely any spin, but I want to know other's opinions. Should I try and drop it another 10lbs, or should I raise it to say..35?

My 60 foot times were:
Drag Radials: 2.223, 2.299, 2.239, 2.260, 2.266
Street Tires: 2.277 and 2.26x

I'm very consistant, I'd be good at bracket racing since all my 1/4 mile times were 15.31x, 15.34x, 15.35x, 15.36x - 3 of them were in the 15.34x, 2 in 15.36x.

What exactly should I do? What should I have Charles do? Anyone willing to autotap my car? I'm so pissed right now, a stick '03 cavalier with intake and no cat-back (still had cat) almost took me down. I know I need an exhaust; I'm still waiting for the backordered S&S headers...and I cant see me spending nearly $700 on SLP headers/install kit.

There's no way to "work" at it. Street tires and higher and lower psi, and drag radials at higher and lower PSI. If I go low enough (27ish) - i wont even be able to spin the tires, even though i brake torque to 3000rpm. I've tried filling them higher and easing into it with little to no wheel spin and they're all the same. It just cant be much driver error anymore, I know how to launch my car...not that there's a lot to it since it's not blown...

that air pressure seems WAY high to me... 20, 21 psi pressure on the high end.... I usually run mine (though I run NIttos and different car) at 18 psi and then lower more if I can't grab ...

are you getting th etires wet enough? if you have to roll through the water box, backup a little then roll through again.. get the entire tire surface wet...

28.5 is about perfect. I've tried watching the scrub lines and you get traction all the way to the outside of the tire at about 27psi, but with a temp guage I found that the center tread was about 5 degrees cooler after a burnout at that psi. At 28.5 I see consistent temps across the tire.
