I need to know some info about my car that got towed and its been 1 month .....didnt know till a friend told me about it and he said that they are charging me $600.00 dollars.

U can take ur friend to "small claims court" if he doesn't want to pay, cause if u were being nice letting him use ur car and he didn't tell u till now it got towed thats bogus

he was storing my car and I think he eather drove it and got pulled over. but thtas what I think...... he told me a diffrent story that he was washing my car and the town towed it...... souds like BS but I really dont know what happend. so now the town has my car and I have to pay for it........ now I cant find him they tell me he is not home and stuff. so I might just let the car there.
I'm really upset about all this dont know what to do. when I see him his A$$ is mine. feel sorry for him 3years of friendship down the drain. very disapointed ...

I'd take the hit now since they probably charge storage. if it sits there too long they'll auction it off for the tow and storage charges. I think the small claims court option is your only choice once it's back.
