3800 Some Insurence Companies Suck...

It turns out that my insurence will only pay my medical bill. My dad suggested to sue the guy... but most likely he will be hauled off to jail. And my friend says that even though the judge would make him pay. The guy can still claim bankrapcy and I won't get the money to fix the car. Also my friend told me that I can sue him myself and then he won't be able to claim bankrapcy. I think this is so confusing so I need a lawyer to deal with this bullshit. So it leads me to the question:

ANY ONE KNOW A GOOD LAWYER THAT WILL GET ME MY MONEY?
