3800 tire problem maybe?

So i put on used tq stars that i bought today. The only problem was, the car wobbles now back and forth. I can feel it in the steering wheel and the tires make a thump, thump noise when they go around. Does this sound like a balance problem or something else? It's kinda nerve racking and i'd like to get whatever it is fixed
any suggestions?

I had a problem similar to this. I previously had Eagle 077's and they came with a WASHER type thing that goes between the rim and the (whatever the rim sits on when on the car). The car was wobbling like all hell when i put stock rims back on with the WASHER attached. No matter how hard i tightened the rims they wobbled, i could even see it when i drove it. If you got this washer type thing, or spacer, i dont know what it is called, try taking it off and then see what happens.

Well i figured it out after putting on my old rim first, i have a bad alignment now on my back left wheel after putting on a new wheel stud. Thanks for the thoughts guys!

Bent rim, busted radial belt, but more than likely a out of balance wheel.
