I'm probably throwing my heat shield on tonight (togs are giving off alittle more heat then i expected so i figured this could only help) and i would like to see some pics of how everyone elses went on. thanks

really very easy.


Using a 10mm socket.. Use an extension. Remove the bottom 2 bolts. Than put the heat sheild on and put the 2 10mm bolts back on.

Piece of cake.

Agreed, you will not have a problem. I decided to do this the other day. I had the heat shield off since I did the headers and just never got around to putting it back on. But it took all of maybe 10 minutes.

Yup real easy even I was able to do it.. :lol: but I got a cheap one I want to get the RAT heat sheild now that is a BIG one..

lol..it broke at the tab where it bends off the heat sheild...probably from vibration.

I still have both peices I was going to see if someone can fix it for me here at work, but no one capable has been here in a long time.

I was J/K too...I really dont care that it broke...it probably wasnt really helping anything other then looking shiney
