that was a stock gtp you can tell right away.. WEAK!!!! You can tell when a GTP is modded...you should know this..

Sounds like the guy just peeled out right away and didnt know how to recover. The galant seemed to be modded quite a bit, but it didnt look like he had much tire spin. Pathetic... if the GP was driven correctl I bet it would have been much closer. Even when I raced a 11 second ZO6, that crushed me, I was still closer at the end than that car.

I dont think that the gp was racing. I think he just spun his tires for fun and then cruised on by. He looked like he was only going 30-40 when he got to the camera. Should have been pass 60, imo.

What year Galant??? It wasn't AWD?? I met this dude with an AWD galant older year intercooled and alot of work at the races in the city last summer. He smoked the shiznit out of an Eclipse GSX.

looks like the grand prix gave up at the end.

and those of you thinking a GP cant lose to a galant- you might want to talk to mk4life about that. the galant vr4's have the same drivetrain as the GSX eclipses and talon TSI's. they a VERY mod friendly and awesome sleeper.s AWD also.

what year did the VR-4 in? i thought the Mitsu Galant only came with an N/A 4 or a 3.0L six...

I belevie the Galant VR-4 was only built 2 years in the US. '91, and '92. 1000 where made one year and 2000 the other. A friend of mine had one they even have a badge on the dash that says what number they are. Very fun and mod friendly like xttc2000 said.

Did'nt sound like they got on it again till the camera spun back to them.
I suppose it will be all over the ricer boards, that they can whip up on the gtp now. All the better......heheheh
