... got to agree w/hale on this... putting a used TC in a car can cause more problems than it's worth (if there's debris in it, or if it's going, etc.. could take out a trans)...

have you looked into sending the converter back to the manufacturer to have it cut open and inspected? (i've done this w/my Vig 3600 and Yank 3500 converters in the past... )

Either way good luck! sounds like you'll have one quick GT this year!

We removed this converter from Wes' car ourselves and there is nothing wrong with it. If there was even any question, we'd send it out for inspection.

Wes only changed converters to experiment with a different (even higher) stall speed, since he has a very aggressive combination.

Hope this makes sense.
