3800 Rear Springs

Going to be getting coilovers soon and need to decide on a set of rear springs.

Eibachs vs. B&G

$20 difference

1.0 lower vs. 1.2 lower

Which spring would u choose.

I also have 2 12"s kickers in the back, but will be going down to 1.

Well I personally would go with the 1 in. With subs in theback it makes it sag pretty hard anyway. It looks like my back end is slightly owered already with stock springs.

Is your front lowered already?

it really depends how LOW you really want to go....I didnt want more than 1 inch EVER!!, so I put the gmpp springs on stock struts, and got that 1 inch drop. any lower is not for me, so it depends what your looking for.

most who look at my car dont even know its lowered..

Thanks Guys,

I'm going to use coilovers on the front, so I wont ever have to worry bout the back being lower then the front.

Im also looking at the other springs some people have just started using.

As it is now, I think you guys are right bout not dropping the back that much. Im going to have to have the catback re hung anyway as it hangs down too far already.

Do they just sell pairs of springs? I've always seen them as the set of 4 for the whole car. Just curious. Cuz I have a set of eibach 1.3's and if i can get a pair of 1" for the back I will. The eibachs are still not on btw, waiting for the right deal on a set of struts to come along.

Ive emailed PFYC and they only sell them in full sets.

I just emailed shox.com and am waiting on a reply from them.

You can get the struts in half sets though.

Well is there a difference between front and rear springs?
If not I'd be willing to go half and half with you for a set of 1 in. springs.

GMpp kit is low enough for me. It looks to low in the rear already with nothing in the trunk.

IMO, our cars are a little to fat to be lowered.....it doesnt look right.

I have the gmpp springs on all 4, and my rear dont sag...
