Lol. The extent of the performance mods I want to do for the moment is headers and duals, and a 93 octane tune.


By 'the little things', I mean hillbilly delete mods and such. It seems like some of the switches don't work, somebody thought a Hurst shifter was a good idea so whatever is entailed with removing that tragedy and returning the shifter/boot/boot cover/knob to original, I think the stepper motor for the speedometer is going bad (or could it be the sensor?). And maybe a few other electrical gremlins such as the odometer display disappearing on the drive home.

Took the car for a cruise over the weekend. Lot's of fun, a lot faster than I expected from a 3800. Managed to get some of the stickers off, new belt, new trans mount, etc.

It takes work to make them sound good. But they can get there, unless your definition of sounding good is that it has to sound like a V8.

It takes work to make them sound good. But they can get there, unless your definition of sounding good is that it has to sound like a V8.

They don't sound good in FWD applications, but quite pleasant in RWD. I pity the fool who can only appreciate a V8 soundtrack.
