Well, after my commute I've been smelling burnt rubber, but I can't pinpoint it. Neither of the belts feel warm, and the pullies don't wiggle at all. My boost is down to 10psi, so I'm pretty sure that belt is slipping, but my alternator belt has more play in it that I would like. I'm thinking of going with the autozone replacement idler pulley, but I don't know which size to get. I've heard that the pulley isn't a direct fit, and is a little bigger (which would be good), the bigger pulley is supposed to lower belt slippage. Any info would be appreciated.

I'm one size smaller than stock belt with a 3.25 pulley. It's on there so tight it's a struggle to get on. I'm using a gatorback belt too. The reason I was asking about the bigger pulley is because it's supposed to enable the belt to contact more of the SC pulley. In the cold weather I see 13-14lbs boost, now I'm barely at 10psi.
