I've NEVER had a problem with Paypal..*knock on wood* and i've been using them for almost 3years.

I haven't had any issues w/paypal... but one of the first things on that site is kinda BS:

1. According to PayPal accepting their ToS (Terms of Service) in effect means you waive your rights to credit card consumer protection laws, and that you may not issue a chargeback for anything you purchase using your credit card and PayPal account. Is this legal? We don't know. But it's how Paypal operates. See the FAQs page for more information.

Fortuanetly I don't use paypal to send/receive money enough to have had any problems...
