I am seeing my O2 reading anywhere from 350-750 when cruising and at wide open throttle I see it around the 700's. My pulse width is around 22 at WOT. I have my fuel regulator at like 58LBS and I just put in the Walbro pump. I know the Walbro is working right because this is the same kind of readings I was getting before.
I running a 3.0" with heads and headers and thrasher cam and other internals also.
Any advice would be well appreciated.

Looks like that IC is working well if you haven't blown up yet w/O2s being so low. Sounds like you've done your due diligence in troubleshooting the issue and replacing the right parts. IPWs of 22 over 3k rpms ussually mean the injectors are topped out...especially when using a 3" pulley. I'd opt for larger injectors if I were you. I found some nice used 42.5's on turbobuick.com in the classifieds section. I'm sure there's more to be had there.
