Honestly, wasn't hoping to do a top swap, wanted to go L67 and swap a Gen V onto it.

Was hoping for a long block though if at all possible.

I have time, just thought I'd ask around lol

Are you starting with nothing or do you have something now, a top swapped l26 will make quite a bit more power than a l67 due to the higher compression

Starting with nothing, however I have an 04 so I've heard that there are plenty of tuning issues.

What are you thinking though? Any idea of what you'd be able to get with lower miles?

I would love to top swap an l26 or l36. If you get a chance, could you pm me what you're thinking?

I've wanted to do a supercharger build more anyways, not going for huge numbers, just a simple and fun build.

Find a higher mileage motor like in the 150k range. It'll cost a lot less and it'll be just fine. Will probably make more power as well. Turbo guys are making or have made 500+whp with close to 200,000 mile motors. They don't wear out, they just get faster. It's really a shame there just aren't any viable solutions for the transmissions wearing out.
