3800 Master cylinder?

I've had crappy breaks for the last 2 months now, bleed them twice, and still the pedal is getting mushy 3 days after the bleed. Could this be the master cylinder? I have no idea what to look for so just shoot some ideas at me!

HAve you tried to check the brake hoses? Also did you change out the brake fluid ? Add new fluid. ALso you might want to look into getting stainless stell brake lines.

If your master cylinder was malfunctioning you would have no brake pressure what so ever. SO you would have a mushy pedal and no brakes !

If the master cylinder is going bad it will usually feel normal at light pedal pressure, but if you hold on it, it will go all the way to the floor. Like Alex said, the hoses are worth checking out as well as the fluid.
