3800 Finally got my new computer running...

Well the past few days ive been reloading all my app's back on my new computer. what a pain, but finally i sit here and post on this message board with my new computer!

And what a deal it was...

Cheiftec Aluminum case w/400W PS
AMD Xp2800 Barton CPU
DFI Raid MOBO
512 PC3200 (for now)
120gig Seagate ATA100 7200
4X DVD 16X CDR combo drive
Geforce FX 5200 128DDR

I paid $225 out of pocket for all this stuff so far, then looking at rebates i have $85 coming back to me which brings to total cost to $140.00 plus one of my old systems that I sold to help cover most of the costs, not a bad deal huh

I think next year I will get into building another machine, just havent had the time recently and I am still pretty satisfied with my XP 1900...

yea.. for xmas i decided to go for subs instead of a new computer. I am happy with my xp 1900+ and 768mb pc2100 ram. Runs blazing fast still.

so wait...if I have you that much $$ you could build me a computer for roughly that cost?....Cause I don't know shit about building computers....lol
