So i installed the wideband a few months back, but ever since i installed the wideband readings are constantly bouncing all over place at cruise and idle the only time it relatively steady is at wot and after driving for bit and idling in park.

Has anybody had a similar problem, i thought the uego is supposed to be self calibrating? or maybe a bad senor?

anywhere from like 13.2 to 17.1 but mostly 14 to 16 range

That sounds normal when the car is in closed loop. You'll see richer values on throttle tip in as the PCM commands fuel enrichment. You'll see leaner values on decel as the PCM commands fuel enleanment. The O2 is constantly bouncing between rich/lean readings in an attempt to maintain the ideal AFR.

Like mentioned, WOT throttle should give you more consistent readings as it is based on a predictive air to fuel estimation. (assuming your tune is correct.)
