Ive got to do an oil change soon. Should I use any high mileage stuff?

the "high mile" oils typically have seal swellers to minimize oil leaks on old engines

just get std dino juice and if you can find it in 5/30 or 10/30 use diesel oil with its better high pressure lubricants the new api SJ oils no longer provide due to zink "killing cats"

id rather kill a cat than use shitty oil

High mileage oils supposedly don't "burn off" as quick. They accomplish this by being slighly thicker. There is a range of viscosity within a weight catagory and these oils are on the thinker end. In other words, a high mileage 10W-30 is slightly thicker than a normal 10W-30.

I'd keep doing what you are doing.
