i was gonna take a softdisc to the edges of the meziere teeth, for some reason they left the noses too squared off. im sure rounding them to the oem tooth shape would alleviate the issue

@Turbocharged400sbc

It sounds like its trying to start, if I pull the fuse for the fuel pumps it will run for 10 seconds if I put the fuse back in it won't start, you think the bigger injectors are flooding it ?

Yeah Or base fuel pressure is too high
Crank base fuel pressure down to 30 and if it starts right up that's most of the issue

Still on the stock regulator so base is 60 or whatever the 04's have, I could hook the vacuum line up that would drop it a little wouldn't it?

Bass is 58 yeah if you hook it up or apply vacuum to that it'll lower the fuel pressure

Hmm I can still hear the starter whining when it try's to start I'm thinking about trying the 30 thousands shim, I hooked vacuum to the regulator but it still won't start with the pump hooked up I wonder if my return is not returning enough, I'm only running one pump that's smaller than the single I ran last year so I'm thinking it has to be the injectors

Ok yeah fuel pressure is 58 so my return is returning fine, has to be the injectors when I pull the pump fuse the rail is sitting at 40 psi and the car fires right up I've tryed to throw the fuse back in while the car is still running and it kills it instantly

The Meriere flex on my GTP makes a metallic-zip sound when I start the car. IIRC correctly, the starter had to be shimmed and the splash cover removed from the starter to get it to work. Otherwise is was grinding after start-up.

The counter weight is thicker so it comes real close to the aluminun body on the starter nose

l36

we barely eeked out 600 lean as hell and its racetronix was modified with a 10ga ground for the pump.

i dont see it not with the converter unlocked....and not witha 255 trying to pump that volume at 70+psi

if thats kuntzie then hes a manual swap

also I don't buy any claim cartuning or its affiliates make... create hype for their products, people buy, then not more communication except for the locals up there in canada
