I haven't had a front plate for 3 years now and I live in BG and am always in Rolling Meadows, AH, Schaumburg area. Maybe I've just been lucky

I never have had a front plate up until this year. Seems Rolling Meadows is way over budget so they gotta give out bullshit tickets for anything and everything to make the city money. No one else seems to give a fuck.

I've gotten pulled over by an RM cop, like 2 years ago, and he didn't say a word about me not having a front plate. He just gave me a $15 "parking ticket" type deal for having a clear plastic cover over my rear plate.
