picked up a 5.3 for the ole truck.

looking for:
- trunion upgraded rockers
- 7.400 push rods
- 75mm-ish turbo
- walbro 450 or similar pump
- divided t6 mounting flange
- s475 t6 flange turbo or similar
- large 3" a2a intercooler
- misc 3" aluminum piping
- HD2 shift kit for 4L80e trans
- decent torque converter for 4L80e trans

Not sure which springs come in the 5.3. But you can pick up basically new take off 90# lsa/ls6 springs with retainers for 35$, I just did not long ago. Zzperformance has the ls trunion upgrade for stock rockers for like 100$ new.

I don’t think they would work on your deal, turbo 3800’s run ls style springs I ran 150’s with a 530-550ish lift cam and 20lbs of boost

I believe the 90s are good to 550 honestly. Just won't be shifting much past 6100-6200 without float. I mean the LSA and ls9 cars use the 90s and make plenty of power on them

But 1quick is right, if you're going for big power, 130s or 150s are the way to go
